The Guará, an administrative region of the Federal District, has one of the largest Sports and Leisure Complexes in the area, but it is in a state of abandonment with the possibility of being privatized. After receiving letters in the mail during the pandemic, residents talk about the lack of operational cultural spaces in the city. When discussing the present, they choose memories that reconstruct the history of these spaces, envisioning a better future for the cultural scenario of the city.
